For children aged 0–4 years, from 2006 to 2008, annual modeled rate change (slope 1) = 10.7 (p = 0.07) for children aged 0–4 years and from 2008 to 2016, annual modeled rate change (slope 2) = − 0.8 (p = 0.25). For children aged 5–9 years, annual modeled rate change (slope) = 0.55 (p = 0.47). For children aged 10–14 years, annual modeled rate change (slope) = 0.13 (p = 0.77)
